We at Lenszon.com work hard to provide our customers with all our products at an impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you find our product damaged or broken you can simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Need to return-Few points to remember

  • Return/ exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 12 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a snapshot at info@Lenszon.com
  • If you choose to self-ship the products they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of order where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to address given below:

How do you return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the products (s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department
